If you use Lunacal as an individual user, you have the right to:
  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your personal data

  • Any other data associated with your lunacal account

How to make a request

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address linked to your Lunacal account. This helps us verify your identity and process your request securely.

Your team’s information (team owners)

If you are a team owner, you can request access to or deletion of your team’s data.

Data covered

This may include:
  • Team bookings
  • Team member profiles
  • Team-level settings and configurations

Important notes

  • Only verified team owners can submit requests for team data
  • Team data is retained while the team account is active
  • Once a deletion request is confirmed, team data is deleted within 30 days

Booker information (your guests)

Bookers (or hosts submitting on their behalf) can request access to or deletion of booking-related data.

Data covered

This may include:
  • Booker name
  • Contact information
  • Event details (date, time, event type)

Submitting a request for a booker

If you are submitting a request on behalf of a booker, please include identifying details such as:
  • Event link
  • Booking timestamp
Booker data is retained as long as the event exists and can be deleted earlier upon request.

Request processing & retention

  • All valid GDPR requests are processed within 30 days
  • In certain cases, data may be retained longer if required by:
    • Law or regulatory obligations
    • Security, abuse prevention, or fraud detection

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your lunacal account from this page.

Important

  • Account deletion is irreversible
  • All associated data will be scheduled for deletion according to GDPR guidelines
